Information we collect
Depending on your use, we may collect your name and email, quiz answers and result, age range, relationship status, language, optional message, consent records, referral information, approximate country and technical information. Please do not enter medical records, emergency information or information about another person.
How we use it
We use information to deliver requested results and resources, respond to messages, send educational or marketing emails where you have opted in, improve content in aggregate, protect the services and comply with law. The quiz is educational and non-clinical.
Legal bases and sensitive information
Depending on the activity, processing is based on consent, fulfilling your request, legitimate interests or legal obligations. Some answers may reveal information about emotional experiences or wellbeing. Where explicit consent is required, it is requested separately and recorded. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
Service providers
We may use HighLevel/LeadConnector, Netlify, Cloudflare, Google Workspace/Sheets and Squarespace domain services as service providers. We aim to use pseudonymised or aggregated data for audience analysis and do not intentionally place full names, full email addresses or IP addresses in the analysis sheet.
Country and IP
Where enabled, an IP address may be used temporarily to estimate country. We aim to retain only the country code and not the full IP address for quiz analysis.
Retention and rights
Quiz data is targeted for deletion after up to 24 months of inactivity. Marketing data is kept until unsubscribe, withdrawal of consent or 24 months of inactivity. Consent records may be retained as needed to demonstrate compliance. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to marketing by emailing us. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
International processing and security
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Appropriate safeguards are used where required. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no internet system is completely secure.
Children and changes
The quiz is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this Notice by publishing a new dated version.
Programmes, payments and communications
When you apply for or purchase a programme, we may also process eligibility and safety information, order and transaction records, support messages, account activity and participation data. Stripe may process payments, Zoom may provide live sessions, and Meta or other advertising platforms may be used only where the required consent or another lawful basis applies. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
Health-related or eligibility information is not used to create advertising audiences or for unrelated marketing profiling. An automated flag may request manual review, but we do not intend to make a decision with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automation.
