Website and programme terms

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 August 2026

These Terms apply when you use janiweizman.com, The Pattern Assessment, related educational resources, or purchase and participate in a programme offered by Costache Jani-Florina PFA. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to the version of these Terms presented to you at that time. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service or complete the purchase.

2. Educational purpose and no clinical relationship

The website, quiz, emails, courses and programmes are educational and experiential. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, trauma treatment, crisis support or emergency services, and do not replace care from an appropriately qualified professional. The Pattern Assessment is reflective and is not a validated psychological test. Use of these services does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient or other regulated healthcare relationship.

If you are concerned that you may be unable to keep yourself or another person safe, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis or mental-health service. Do not rely on this website, email, community or programme for urgent support.

3. Eligibility and accurate information

Purchases and adult programmes are intended for people aged 18 or over. The Return is a private group programme for women. You must provide accurate information during any fit, safety, account or checkout process. We may decline or end participation where the programme is not an appropriate level or format of support, where information is materially inaccurate, or where conduct threatens safety, privacy or the learning environment. Where we end access for a reason not caused by your serious breach, we will address any refund required by law and any unused programme fees fairly.

4. The Return programme

The founding edition of The Return is a six-week live educational and experiential group programme scheduled for 24 September to 29 October 2026, followed by Integration Calls from 30 October to 5 November 2026. It includes six live sessions of approximately 90 minutes, a private member area, programme materials, guided-session recordings, a workbook, Personal Pattern Map resources, a private community and the support elements stated on the sales page at the time of purchase. The group is limited to a maximum of 15 participants.

The Return uses gentle, invitational practices that may include breath awareness, orienting, body awareness, reflection, sound, movement and self-touch. It does not use Breath of Fire, Bhastrika, prolonged connected breathing or breath retention. No specific personal outcome is promised. Results vary according to individual circumstances and participation.

5. Safety and self-responsibility

You decide whether and how to participate. You may keep your camera off where permitted, decline to share, pause, modify or opt out of a practice, orient to your surroundings, choose a grounding action or leave a session. You must not push through significant discomfort to demonstrate participation. If you have a medical or mental-health condition that could affect participation, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional before joining.

The programme is not appropriate for acute mental-health crisis, active psychosis or severe psychiatric symptoms, immediate effects of a recent severe trauma without appropriate professional support, or a need for close individual or crisis-level care. Jani cannot monitor participants continuously or provide emergency intervention through a group session, community, form or email.

6. Price, payment plans and failed payments

The Founding Member Rate for The Return is USD 697 paid in full, or two monthly payments of USD 375, for a total of USD 750. The instalment option is a payment plan for the full programme price, not a cancellable monthly membership. By selecting it, you authorise both scheduled charges, subject to mandatory withdrawal and refund rights.

Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by us. If an instalment fails, we may retry the payment, contact you and temporarily suspend member-area or community access while the payment remains overdue. This does not remove amounts lawfully due. Contact us promptly if a payment problem occurs.

7. Order confirmation and access

A contract is formed when payment is accepted and an order confirmation is issued, unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Access is personal, non-transferable and intended only for the registered participant. Protect your login details and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You need a compatible device, a stable internet connection and current browser or meeting software. Third-party data or internet costs are your responsibility.

8. Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are an eligible consumer who concludes a distance contract, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions. To exercise it, email a clear statement to jani@janiweizman.com before the deadline. You may write: “I hereby withdraw from my contract for The Return”, followed by your name, order email, purchase date and the date of your request. We will acknowledge your request.

If you expressly request that a service begins during the withdrawal period and later withdraw, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for service already supplied where the law permits. If immediate access to digital content begins during that period, loss of the right to withdraw for that digital content applies only where all legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

9. First Session Fit Guarantee

In addition to statutory rights, The Return includes a voluntary First Session Fit Guarantee. Attend the first live session on 24 September 2026. If you decide the programme is not right for you, email jani@janiweizman.com within 24 hours after that session. No explanation is required. We will refund programme payments received and cancel any remaining programme instalment. This commercial guarantee does not limit any statutory withdrawal, conformity or refund right.

10. Cancellation, rescheduling and programme changes

If we cancel the programme before it begins and do not provide an agreed equivalent alternative, programme fees paid will be refunded. If a session must be rescheduled because of illness, technical failure or circumstances outside reasonable control, we will provide reasonable notice and an alternative session or recording where appropriate. We may make proportionate changes to timing, delivery, materials or supporting technology where necessary, without materially reducing the programme purchased. Mandatory remedies for non-conforming digital content or services remain unaffected.

11. Recordings, confidentiality and community conduct

The member area may include recordings of guided teaching portions of sessions. Recording arrangements and what may be captured will be communicated to participants. Access is restricted to authorised members. You may choose what you share, but absolute confidentiality in any online group cannot be guaranteed.

You must not record, screenshot, copy, publish or disclose another participant’s name, image, voice, story, message or identifying information. Participate from a private setting where possible. Do not post unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, promotional or infringing material. We may remove content or access where reasonably necessary to protect participants or the programme. Confidentiality obligations continue after the programme ends.

12. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website text, design, images, videos, logos, quiz content, course recordings, workbooks, Pattern Map materials and downloads belong to or are licensed to Costache Jani-Florina PFA. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use during the stated access period. You may not reproduce, teach, sell, sublicense, share login access, upload materials elsewhere or create derivative commercial products without written permission.

13. Privacy and communications

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. Programme administration and transactional messages are separate from optional marketing. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time without losing necessary order, safety or programme communications. Do not submit another person’s confidential or health information without a lawful reason and their permission.

14. Third-party services and availability

We may rely on HighLevel/LeadConnector, payment processors, Zoom, Netlify, Cloudflare, Google and other providers for checkout, accounts, community, video, scheduling, email and hosting. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Planned changes, security needs, internet failures and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

15. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with security, introduce malware, scrape or reverse engineer restricted services, impersonate another person, misuse the quiz, gain unauthorised access, infringe rights, or use the website, programme or community for unlawful activity.

16. Liability

Nothing excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, business losses arising from personal consumer use, or losses caused solely by your incompatible equipment, unauthorised sharing, failure to follow reasonable safety guidance, or third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

17. Governing law and complaints

Romanian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Please send a complaint first to jani@janiweizman.com so we can try to resolve it. Eligible consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection or the competent consumer authority or European Consumer Centre in their country. Courts with mandatory jurisdiction remain available.

18. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms for future use. Material changes will not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing purchase without a lawful basis or your agreement where required. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

19. Contact

Questions, withdrawal notices and complaints may be sent to jani@janiweizman.com.
