You understand the pattern. You still react the same way.

I help you understand what happens when these patterns take over, so you can begin to respond differently.

A gentler way back to yourself

There’s a reason you react the way you do. There’s nothing wrong with you.

The work

From automatic reaction to choice.

You can understand a pattern and still be unable to change your reaction. I work with both.

01

Recognize

Notice when an old response takes over, without judging yourself for it.

02

Decode

Understand what the pattern was protecting you from and why it made sense at the time.

03

Practice

Practice responding differently in small moments, so you can do it when the pattern takes over.

04

Return

Practice staying present and responding with more flexibility and choice, one moment at a time.

About Jani

Understanding a pattern is one thing. Being able to feel what happens inside you is another.

My work brings together psychology, breathwork and somatic practice, informed by my training in psychotherapy. I focus on what happens between understanding your reactions and actually being able to change them when life gets hard.

I work with people who are tired of fighting themselves. People who overthink, over-give, shut down, try to control everything, withdraw or keep repeating relationships that hurt them.

There is no single technique that fits everyone. I value safety before intensity, curiosity before judgment, and adjust the work to the person in front of me.

A pattern is not your identity

“What happened to you matters. It shaped how you learned to protect yourself. And it doesn’t have to define the rest of your life.”

Why you repeat patterns, even when you know better

Patterns are learned responses, not proof that you are failing. They can take over quickly when something feels uncertain, unsafe or familiar. Start here.
